On November 8, 2018, Li Jianguo, Secretary of the Loudi Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress in Hunan, and Chen Fengwen, Secretary of the Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone Party Committee, visited the first special economic zone established in China, Shenzhen, and visited the headquarters of the Shenzhen Boltpower.
